Outlook Farm Bed and Breakfast originally built in 1781, was once a tavern, stage coach stop, and dance hall. Outlook Farm, a full-time farm complete with "country retail store", is surrounded by apple, peach and pear orchards that overlook the valley. Enjoy our pond for swimming, picnicking, hiking and/or Cross Country skiing on our 200+ acres.



Policies and Rates:

We are open April through December
Children over age 4 welcome.
Sorry, we do not have accommodations for pets.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
Single Occupancy $40.00 per night
Double Occupancy $50.00 per night


Our Rooms


Outlook Farm has a total of three rooms, two Double bedrooms, one single. They share a bath plus living room with TV.
